At Nicobar, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our 'Returns Center' on the website and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Nicobar packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the box is taped shut for transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
